SongRadar collects information you provide directly, including:

• account information, such as your name, artist or business name, email address, and login credentials;
• profile information, such as biography, genre, links, images, and other details you add to your profile;
• music and submission content, such as recordings, artwork, metadata, and messages you submit to opportunities;
• purchase information, such as your plan, Ping Pack and Song QC purchases, and billing details; and
• communications, such as messages sent through the contact form or to SongRadar support.

SongRadar also collects certain information automatically when you use SongRadar, such as device and browser type, IP address, pages viewed, referring pages, and activity within your account, including submissions, responses, and Ping usage.

SongRadar uses information to:

• create and operate your account and subscription;
• deliver submissions to the opportunities and Radar Partners you select;
• issue, track, and apply Pings, Ping Packs, and Song QC reviews;
• process payments, refunds, and payment disputes;
• send account, transaction, and service messages;
• respond to support requests and inquiries;
• maintain the security and integrity of SongRadar and prevent fraud or misuse;
• understand how SongRadar is used and improve its features; and
• comply with legal obligations and enforce the Terms of Service.

SongRadar uses cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, secure your account, and understand how the website and services are used.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking certain cookies may prevent parts of SongRadar, such as sign-in, from working correctly.

SongRadar does not sell your personal information. SongRadar shares information only as described below:

• with Radar Partners, when you submit music to their opportunities, including the submission content and the profile details needed to review it;
• with service providers that help SongRadar operate, such as hosting, payment processing, email delivery, analytics, and customer support providers, who may use information only to provide services to SongRadar;
• when required by law, legal process, or a valid government request;
• to protect the rights, safety, and security of SongRadar, its users, Radar Partners, or others, including to prevent fraud; and
• in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all or part of SongRadar’s business, subject to this Privacy Policy.

Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor. SongRadar does not store full payment card numbers. SongRadar receives limited payment details from the processor, such as the transaction amount, date, status, and the last digits of the card used, to manage purchases, refunds, and disputes.

SongRadar may link to or integrate with third-party websites and services, such as streaming platforms, social networks, and Radar Partner websites. Those services are governed by their own privacy policies, and SongRadar is not responsible for their privacy practices.

SongRadar keeps information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide SongRadar, maintain submission and transaction records, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, and enforce agreements. When information is no longer needed, SongRadar deletes or de-identifies it.

SongRadar uses administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information, including encrypted connections and restricted access to account data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so SongRadar cannot guarantee absolute security. Please use a strong, unique password and keep your login credentials confidential.

You can:

• review and update your account and profile information in your account settings;
• request a copy of, correction of, or deletion of your personal information;
• opt out of promotional emails using the unsubscribe link in those emails (account and transaction messages will still be sent); and
• close your account at any time.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights under applicable law. To make a request, contact SongRadar through the Contact / Support page. SongRadar may need to verify your identity before completing a request and may keep certain information where required or permitted by law.

SongRadar accounts are available only to users age 18 or older, as described in the Terms of Service. SongRadar does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to SongRadar, please contact us so it can be removed.

If you access SongRadar from outside the country where SongRadar or its service providers operate, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in other countries, which may have data protection laws different from those where you live.

SongRadar may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The version number and “Last Updated” date at the top of this page show when it was last revised. If changes are material, SongRadar will provide notice through the website, the application, or by email before the changes take effect.
