SongRadar is built for artists who are serious about being heard, as well as for Radar Partners such as curators, media, and other music-industry professionals who take part in the platform.

Pings are used to submit your music to opportunities through SongRadar. Each opportunity may require a different number of Pings.

Ping Packs come in 25 ($72), 50 ($140), 100 ($270), and 500 ($1,275) Ping sizes, and larger packs include built-in volume savings. Artist, Advanced, and Pro subscribers also receive a Ping Pack discount. Choose the pack that fits how often you plan to submit. See the Pricing page for current details.

Purchased Pings never expire. Included subscription Pings are issued monthly according to your plan: Free 0, Artist 2, Advanced 5, and Pro 7 per month. Annual subscribers receive their included Pings monthly throughout the subscription term. See the Pricing page and applicable SongRadar policies for current details.

You choose an eligible opportunity, submit your music using Pings where required, and then track your submissions and any responses inside the platform.

Yes. You can buy Ping Packs at any time, on any plan. Ping Packs are one-time purchases, and purchased Pings never expire. Current pack prices and subscriber discounts are listed on the Pricing page.

SongRadar features a range of legitimate opportunities from across the music industry, including radio, playlists, press and media, sync and licensing, curators, and other industry participants.

Your submissions and any responses are tracked in one place in your SongRadar account, so you can see the status of every submission. SongRadar also sends account messages about your activity.

Yes. SongRadar is built for artists of all kinds, including bands and groups. You can manage your profile and submissions from one place.

Radar Partners are legitimate participants in the music industry — including radio, playlists, press, media, curators, and other professionals — who use SongRadar to discover and connect with artists.

SongRadar uses your information to run your account, deliver your submissions, process payments, and support you. Submission content is shared with the Radar Partners you submit to, and SongRadar does not sell your personal information. See the Privacy Policy for full details.

Yes. Billing errors and duplicate charges are always corrected. Pings used for delivered submissions and completed Song QC reviews are generally not refundable. See the Refund / Payment / Dispute Policy for current terms. Read the Refund / Payment / Dispute Policy

No. Free requires no payment, paid plans renew monthly or annually until you cancel, and cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid term. Ping Packs are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. See the Terms of Service for current terms.
