Your SongRadar subscription determines your platform access, included monthly Pings, Song QC benefits, Ping Pack discount, and other tier-specific features. FREE includes Open Radar. ARTIST adds 2 included Pings per month and a 3% Ping Pack discount. ADVANCED adds 5 included Pings per month, Advanced Radar, and a 6% discount. PRO adds 7 included Pings per month, qualifying Pro Radar access for QC-passed material, 1 included Song QC review per month, and a 10% discount.

Pings are platform credits used for eligible music submissions on SongRadar.

Free includes 0 Pings per month, Artist includes 2, Advanced includes 5, and Pro includes 7. Annual subscribers receive these allotments monthly. Additional Ping Packs can be purchased whenever you need more submission capacity.

No. Purchased Pings never expire.

Included subscription Pings roll over for up to 6 months.

Annual plans are billed once per year — Artist $149.50, Advanced $299.50, and Pro $699.50 — which effectively provides 2 months free compared with monthly billing.

No. Annual members receive their included Pings monthly throughout the subscription term, rather than a full year’s allocation upfront.

Song QC is an optional quality review for your music. Free: $35 per review. Artist: $30 per review. Advanced: $25 per review. Pro: 1 review/month included, then $25 per review.

Appropriate QC-passed material can become eligible for qualifying Pro Radar opportunities based on SongRadar rules. Passing Song QC does not by itself unlock Advanced Radar — appropriate subscription access is still required.

Yes. Ping Packs are available in 25 ($72), 50 ($140), 100 ($270), and 500 ($1,275) Ping sizes. Larger packs include built-in volume savings from the standard $3-per-Ping value. Ping Packs are one-time purchases, not subscriptions.

Yes. Artist receives 3%, Advanced 6%, and Pro 10% off published Ping Pack prices — for example, the 500-Ping Pack is $1,147.50 on Pro. Total Ping savings never exceed 35% off the standard $3-per-Ping value.

Yes. You can change or cancel your plan by contacting SongRadar through the Contact / Support page or by emailing support@songradar.com. If self-service cancellation is available in your account, you may also cancel there. The price and effective date of a plan change are shown before you confirm it. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of your current paid term, and your benefits continue until then.

Yes. Billing errors and duplicate charges are always corrected. Pings used for delivered submissions and completed Song QC reviews are generally not refundable. See the Refund / Payment / Dispute Policy for current terms.
